Qualification/Educational Criteria:
Accountant: Contender applying for the post must have the certificate of CA/ ICWA.
Stenographer: Candidates must have degree of Matriculate or Relevant examination with the speed of 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typing.
Assistant Forman (Mech): Candidate must have graduation degree in the authorized course with 3 years diploma in Mech./Automobile Engineering by the recognized university or institution.

Age Limit (in yrs): For the post of Accountant candidate must be within the age limit of 18 to 45 years and for others age must be within 18 to 40 years.
Pay Scale/Salary (in Rs.): Accountant: Rs. 22,149/- monthly Stenographer: Rs. 19,035/- monthly Assistant Foreman: Rs. 19,035/- monthly
