1. Technical Assistant (Global  Metabolomics)

Qualification: B. Tech/ B.Sc. or equivalent in Molecular and Biochemical Techniques with minimum one-year experience in sample preparation from tissues and cells, LC/MS analysis and data acquisition on a high-end mass spectrometer, and quantitative analysis of the resulting ion spectra using appropriate software. 


Desirable: Post-Graduate Diploma in Molecular and Biochemical Techniques with demonstrated experience in global profiling of metabolites by mass spectrometry. Basic knowledge of Bioinformatics, cell culture and other routine biochemical techniques. 

2. Technical Assistant (Targeted Metabolomics) 

Qualification:  B. Tech/ B.Sc. or equivalent in Molecular and Biochemical techniques with minimum one-year experience in sample preparation from tissues and cells, LC/MS analysis and data acquisition on a high-end mass spectrometer, and quantitative analysis of the resulting ion spectra using appropriate software. 

Desirable:  Post-Graduate Diploma in Molecular and Biochemical techniques with demonstrated experience in MRM based analysis of metabolites by mass spectrometry. Basic knowledge of Bioinformatics, cell culture and other routine biochemical techniques. 

3. Technical Assistant (Proteomics) 

Qualification:B. Tech/ B.Sc. or equivalent in Biotechnology with minimum one-year of demonstrated experience in global proteomic analysis by LC-MS/MS mass spectrometry and in SWATH-MS based protocols, in addition to other semi-quantitative methodologies such as SILAC and iTRAQ. 

Desirable: Basic knowledge of Bioinformatics and computer-aided drug design. 

4. Technical Assistant (Bioassays)

Qualification:B. Tech/ B.Sc. or equivalent in Biotechnology with minimum one-year of demonstrated experience in mammalian cell culture and other techniques such as western blot and confocal microscopy. Hands-on experience in assays for cell apoptosis, and measurement of triglyceride concentrations is essential. 


Desirable: Basic knowledge of Bioinformatics and computer-aided drug design.

Pay Scale: Rs.25000
