Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 32 years for UR, 18 to 35 for OBC, 18 to 37 for SC/ ST as on 22-03-2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation & should have National Apprentice Certificate (NAC)/ National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by NCVT.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination, trade test & medical test.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs. 50/- for UR and OBC in the form of crossed Demand Draft in any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of “The Sr. General Manager, Metal & Steel Factory, Ishapore payable at Barrackposre”, Women, SC/ ST, Ex-servicemen & PWD are exempted from payment of Fee.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online from 02-03-2015 to 22-03-2015 after submission of online application candidates need to take printout of filled application form & DD, send along with self attested copies of relevant documents (as mentioned in the notification) in an envelope should be superscribed with “Application for Recruitment in Semi Skilled Grade (Write Name of the Trade for) by ordinary/ speed post/ speed post addressed to The Advertiser, Post Bag No 781, Circus Avenue Post Office, Kolkata – 700017 on or before 02-04-2015 & 09-04-2015 for remote areas.
