PAY SCALE & EMOLUMENTS :
The Scale of Pay for the post of Staff Assistant, at present is Rs.5450-300/2-6050-350/4-7450-
400/3-8650-500/4-10650-550/4-12850-650/5-16100-700/1-16800 (24 stages) + 4 stag.
increments of Rs.700/- each biannually after reaching maximum in the scale. At present the total
starting emoluments are around Rs.13339/- per month, inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rates.
The existing pay scales are due for revision w.e.f.1.11.2012.
Note: Other allowances & perquisites admissible as per the rules of the Bank
The DCC Bank has its area of operations within the District and as such all positions are within the
District only. The Criterion reckoned for the eligibility is as under
Nativity :
Candidate should be a local candidate of the State of Telangana.
The following will be the methodology adopted to define the local candidate of the Telangana State :
(a) ‘Local Area’ (Local candidate of State of Telangana) in tune with the spirit of Presidential Order
1975:
The ten Telangana districts, viz., Adilabad, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Karimnagar, Khammam,
Mahabubnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Warangal, shall be regarded as ‘Local Area’ of
Telangana State.
(b) Local Candidate – ‘Local Area’ :
(1) A candidate for direct recruitment, shall be regarded as local candidate in relation to the ‘Local
Area’ on the following conditions :
(i) If he/she has studied in an educational institution(s) in ‘Local Area’ above, for a period of not
less than four consecutive academic years ending with the academic year in which he/she
appeared or, as the case may be, first appeared for SSC or equivalent examination ;
or
(ii) Where during the whole or any part of the four consecutive academic years ending with the
academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be, first appeared for the SSC or
equivalent examination he/she has not studied in any educational institution(s), if he/she
has resided in the ‘Local Area’ above for a period of not less than four years immediately
preceding the date of commencement of the SSC or equivalent examination in which he
appeared or as the case may be, first appeared.
AGE (as on 01.10.2015) :
Above 18 years – Below 30 years i.e. candidates should have been born on or after 02.10.1985, but
not later than 01.10.1997 (both dates inclusive)
