Educational Qualification:
• Sr. Manager/Manager (Marketing)-
1. Technical Qualification: Only full time regular Engineering Degree i.e. B.E., B.Tech. and B.Sc. Engineering or M.Tech in Geo-exploration/Geo-Science from UGC recognized Indian Universities / UGC recognized Indian Deemed Universities or AICTE approved Indian Institutions / concerned statutory councils wherever applicable.
2. Management Qualification: Two years Post–Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management /Business Management with specialization in Marketing from reputed Institute /University(AICTE recognized) or P.G. Diploma from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. In case of post graduate qualification in Management with specialization in Marketing duly recognized equivalent qualifications shall also be considered.

 Officer (Marketing)-
1. Technical Qualification: Only full time regular Engineering Degree i.e. B.E., B.Tech. and B.Sc. Engineering orM.Tech in Geo-exploration/Geo-Science from UGC recognized Indian Universities / UGC recognized Indian Deemed Universities or AICTE approved Indian Institutions / concerned statutory councils wherever applicable with 60% marks taking average of all the semesters/years irrespective of weightage given to any particular semester/year by the institution/university or CGPA equivalent to 60%.
2. Management Qualification: Two years Post–Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management /Business Management with specialization in Marketing from reputed Institute /University(AICTE recognized) orP.G.Diploma from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi with 60% marks taking average of all the semesters/years irrespective of weightage given to any particular semester/year by the institution/university or CGPA equivalent to 60%.
• Sr. Officer (Finance/Internal Audit) - Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant. (CMA)
• Dy. Manager/Sr. Officer (HRM)- Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma /MBA/ MA/MSW (2 years full time course) with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations from reputed & recognized Universities/Institution approved by AICTE.
• Sr. Officer (Admin) - Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/MBA/MA/MSW (2 years full time course) with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations from reputed & recognized Universities/Institution approved by AICTE.
• Dy. Manager (Security) - Should be a Graduate and not below the rank of a Lieutenant or equivalent working/retired from Indian Defence Services.
• Sr. Officer/Officer (Medical) - MBBS(Allopathic System) with internship from a recognized university and approved by the Medical Council of India.
• Sr. Engineer (Mechanical, Civil, Mining, Chemical)- Full time Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology,/B.Sc. Engineering in the discipline of Mechanical / Mining / Chemical / Civil from a recognized University/Institutions approved by AICTE with 60% marks taking average of all the semesters/years irrespective of weightage given to any particular semester / year by the institution /university or CGPA equivalent to 60%.
• Engineer (Civil, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical and Mineral) - Full time Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology,/B.Sc. Engineering in the discipline of Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation / Mineral/ Civil from a recognized University/Institutions approved by AICTE with 60% marks taking average of all the semesters/years irrespective of weightage given to any particular semester / year by the institution /university or CGPA equivalent to 60%.
Selection Procedure
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Interview/exam conducted by the organization.
How to Apply
Eligible candidates can apply online to the post through the prescribed format along with other necessary documents on or before 14 August 2015. After submission of online application, candidates can send the duly signed application so as to reach the concerned office on or before 24 August 2015.
