 Educational Qualification for IIST Engineer: 

1. Engineer (Civil) –  1. Qualification: 1st Class in BE/ B. Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering.  2. Desirable: Knowledge in softwares like AutoCAD, Revit, MS project/Primavera, etc.  3. Experience: At least two years of experience working in a reputable industry or organization as a civil engineer following the completion of a BE, B. Tech, or similar degree.

2. Engineer (Electrical) –  1. Qualification: 1st Class in BE/ B. Tech or equivalent in Electrical Engineering  2. Desirable: Knowledge in softwares like AutoCAD, MS project/Primavera.  3. Experience: Following the completion of a BE, B. Tech, or comparable degree, a minimum of two years of experience in electrical engineering working in a reputable industry or organization is required.

Age Limit for IIST Engineer: (As on 31.01.2025)

1. Engineer (Civil) – 35 years

2. Engineer (Electrical) – 35 years

Pay Scale for IIST Engineer:

1. Engineer (Civil) – Rs. 40,000/- per month

2. Engineer (Electrical) – Rs. 40,000/- per month

Method of Selection for IIST Engineer:

1. written test

2. Interview
