Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications:

   • General Manager (Technical): Engineering degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Electrical, Civil, or relevant discipline. A Master’s degree in a related field or MBA may be desirable.
   • Senior Manager (Finance): CA/ICWA (CMA) or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
   • Deputy Manager (Legal): LLB or LLM with experience in handling legal matters in public sector enterprises.
   • Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication): Postgraduate degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
   • Manager (HR): MBA (HR) or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management.
   • Deputy Manager (Operations): Engineering degree or relevant professional qualifications in operations management.

2. Experience:

   • Candidates must have relevant experience in the field associated with the position they are applying for. The experience requirement generally varies between 2 to 15 years based on the position.

3. Age Limit:

   • The age limit will depend on the position, and relaxation in age will be provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD, etc.), as per government norms.
   • General Manager (Technical): Age typically between 45-50 years.
   • Senior Manager (Finance): Age between 35-45 years.
   • Deputy Manager (Legal): Age between 30-40 years.
   • Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication): Age between 25-35 years.

Selection Process:

The selection process for REC Recruitment 2024-25 will involve the following steps:

• Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication): E-2 level (₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month).
• Manager (HR): E-4 level (₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month).
• Deputy Manager (Operations): E-3 level (₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month).

In addition to the salary, candidates will be entitled to perks, allowances, and other benefits as per the rules of REC.

 REC Recruitment 2024 Application Fee:

 ₹ 1,000/- for General / OBC category candidates.
 Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, PwBD, Ex-servicemen and internal candidates are exempted from payment of this application fee.

 How to Apply REC Recruitment 2024:

 Eligible Interested candidates should apply online through REC India Official website from 11th December 2024.  Fill the online application form with relevant details latest to the earliest.

 The candidates should upload scanned copy of self attested documents (Proof of Date of Birth, Caste Certificate, Disability Certificate, Essential Qualification Documents, A recent passport size color photograph & Signature).

 The Submit the online application after filling in all details and making online payment of fee. The Online Application shall be deemed to be submitted only upon receipt of Application Fee (if applicable). The Applicant should save the application number for future reference.

 The last date for registration of online applications is 31/12/2024 (Tuesday) up to 6:00 pm.
