Educational Qualification:

1. AGM - Circle - Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body Experience profile: Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum12 years of experience in government / financial sector in leadership positions is preferable

2. Chief Manager Circle (Sales) - Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing is required.

3. Chief Manager Circle (Operations) - Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 3 years of experience in banking Operations is required

1. AGM - Circle - Rs. 59170 - 66070/-

2. Chief Manager Circle (Sales) - Rs. 50030 - 59170/-

3. Chief Manager Circle (Operations) - Rs. 50030 - 59170/-
