Qualification : Diploma / Bsc ( ECE / EEE/ IT/ Maths) 2015-2016 pass out with 60% aggregate throughout the academics
Job Role :
- To work on maintenance activities to be performed on network systems to ensure system health
- To monitor system, work on alarms clearance etc
- To support on various issues been raised by service desk team on the services been offered to customer
- To debug issues at each component level, application level and network level.
- Support products/functions include –
Ø Voice, Data, and VAS products such as MMS, RBT etc.
Ø Check the application logs and database logs for analysis
Ø Shall work in prepaid billing solutions, Mediation, PRM, IPCC, ITO related tasks, VMS, IVRS, roaming
Salary : 2 -2.8 LPA
