The candidate has to sign on Application form by affixing the recent colour passport size photograph (4 X 3 cms) at right top corner of Application form space provided for photograph and enclose Demand Draft by writing Candidate’ Name, Registration ID & Email ID at the back side 
The candidates applying for the post of PE-II & PO-I (HR) must enclose the photo / attested copies of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, caste & Medical Certificate if claiming any relaxation under Persons with Disability along with application form and demand draft as mentioned above.  
Candidates presently working in a Government / Semi-Government / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous Body funded by Government are required to bring a “No Objection Certificate” from your present employer.

Age Relaxation:

  • Relaxation upto 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer), 5 years for SC / ST, 10 years for PWD (Persons With Disabilities) candidates and other relaxation in age and concessions applicable as per Government of India rules.
  • Government employees will be eligible for relaxation in age by 5 years including other age relaxations.
  • C-DAC internal candidates will be eligible for an age relaxation of 5 years including other age relaxations.

Qualification:

  • All the qualifying qualifications should be regular course(s) from AICTE/UGC approved/recognized University/Deemed University/Institutes. The courses offered by autonomous institutions should be recognized as equivalent to the relevant courses approved/recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/UGC/AICTE.
  • Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade in a qualifying degree is awarded, equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the application form as per norms adopted by the respective University/Institute. Please also obtain a certificate to this effect from University / Institute, which shall be required at the time of interview.

Experience:

Only those experiences which are relevant and acquired after the passing date of the qualifying qualification will be considered. The decision of C-DAC in this regard will be final and binding.

Screening Criteria:

In case of more applications, apart from above mentioned criteria screening will be done based on relevant skill set, experience and aggregate marks secured in relevant qualifying degree.

2. Payment Procedure:

Application Fee (Non-refundable): payment of Rs 200/- to be made through Demand Draft in favour of ‘C-DAC’, Payable at Hyderabad
Application fee exempted for SC/ST, PHC, Female candidates

General Information

  • Candidates should satisfy themselves and see the eligibility criteria before applying for the post.
  • Additional Increments will be allowed for deserving candidates based on relevant experience, qualification & performance in the Interview as per C-DAC norms.
  • In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of offer of appointment, the organisation reserves the right to withdraw/cancel/modify any communication made to the candidates.
  • Late submitted applications, incomplete / invalid in any respect stand automatically rejected.
  • Candidates must be in sound bodily health and ready to undergo Pre-Employment medical examination as per C-DAC, norms.
  • Only Short-listed candidates will be called for written test / interview. Candidates will be informed by email only and no separate communication will be sent. At the time of interview, they should bring original certificates of qualifications and experience and a photocopy of the same. SC/ST/OBC candidates should submit necessary certificates of proof.
  • No TA /DA will be paid for appearing for the written test / interview.
  • C-DAC reserves the right to fill up the post or increase/decrease the number of posts or even to cancel the whole process of recruitment without assigning any reasons thereof.
  • Canvassing in any form is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
  • In case of internal candidates, please note that the finally selected candidates will have to resign from the services and re-join the post as fresh employees.
