- Essential: Postgraduate degree in a social science discipline with at least 55% marks, along with NET/M.Phil./Ph.D. qualification, and a minimum of two years of experience as a research assistant in any project.
- Desired: Basic understanding of gender studies, proficiency with MS Office, and analytical software such as SPSS, AMOS, R/Python, and NVivo. Strong command of both written and spoken English, along with at least 2 years of research experience or in a similar research project.
