Educational Qualification: (As on 28.08.2017)
1. Deputy Manager (F&A) - CA / CMA (ICWA) passed with demonstrable skill in use of MS Office and Windows + Should have nine years post qualification experience in executive / gazetted officer cadre of which three years at least in the following pay scale or equivalent level
2. Deputy Manager (Electrical) - BE/B.Tech/B.Sc(Engg)/AMIE in Electrical/ Electrical(Power)/Power Systems Engineering or equivalent with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized Institutes/ University + Should have nine years post qualification experience in executive
3. Senior Engineer (Electrical) - BE/B.Tech/B.Sc(Engg)/AMIE in Electrical/ Electrical(Power)/Power Systems Engineering or equivalent with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized Institutes/ University. M.Tech or Ph.D. in Power System Analysis or Power System Engineering is desirable
4. Vigilance Officer/ F2A - Graduate from a recognized University / Institute. Preference will be given to candidates having degree in Law + Should have a post qualification executive experience of2years in the Executive/ Gazetted Officer Cadre at least in the following pay scales or equivalent level Should have a post qualification executive experience of2years in the Executive/ Gazetted Officer Cadre at least in the following pay scales or equivalent level
5. Officer (Company Secretary): E2A -Graduation and qualified Company Secretary (Associated Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India).Additional qualification like Degree in Law or CA or ICWA is desirable + Experience in drafting of Agenda, Minutes, Petitions etc., conducting Board meetings, Committee meetings, General Body meetings, complying with statutory requirements under Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, Listing Agreement and other allied Acts
6. Assistant Officer (Accounts) - CA / ICWA passed candidates with demonstrable skill in use of MS Office and Windows + Experience in funds and finance management covering resource planning, cash flow management, disbursements, treasury management, hedging accounting and book keeping in large organizations or systems.
Age Limit: (As on 28.08.2017)
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 28 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
