Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 – 26 years as on 31-10-2016. Age relaxation is applicable to 05 years for SC candidates and 03 years for OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Diploma Course in Chemical/ Refinery & Petrochemical Engg or B.Sc.(Math, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) for Post No. 01, Diploma Course in Electrical Engineering for Post No. 02, Diploma Course in Mechanical Engg for Post No. 03 & B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics for Post No. 04 with minimum of 50% marks from recognized Institute/ University.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test/ skill/ proficiency/ physical test.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 100/- for general and OBC candidates by a crossed Demand Draft in favour of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., payable at SBI Baholi, Panipat (Brach Code-8706).
