Position:Associate Vice President - Certification - Switching Technology Division
Number of Positions:One
Place of posting:Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad
Age as on 01.04.2015:Preferably 35 to 45 years

Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s engineering degree in Computer or Electronics or ME/M.Tech, MCA, MSc.
ExperienceMinimum 12 years of experience in Production/Implementation of software, out of which at least 5 years in following areas - Switching Technology, Mobile payments, ECOM Payments & other forms of digital payments
Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct, manage and execute certification process for Banks.

  • Performing situation analysis and oversee timely problem solving.

  • Adherence to quality and timelines.

  • Analyzing and foreseeing the impacts for any deviations on the certification process.

  • Adherence to compliance and internal audit process.

  • KRA setting for all direct reports in conjunction with the Team Leaders.

  • Relationship management with all the stakeholders.
Essential Knowledge:
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills

  • Ability to handle emergency situations.

  • Decision making skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

  • Good communication skills (written & spoken)

  • Past experience in people and resource management
