Educational Qualifications
a. Essential : Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering/Leather Technology/ Rubber Technology/Plastic Technology.
b. Desirable : Post Graduate Diploma in Management from a recognized institution.
Experience
a. Essential : 15 years of manufacturing, R&D works in Tool Room/leather/rubber/Plastic/Sports Goods in reputed organizations or Govt. Deptts. For candidates having Post graduate qualification in the above mentioned trades, the experience shall be relaxed upto 5 years.
b. Preferable : Experience in Production/ R&D works in sports goods.
Scale of Pay : PB-4, Pay band Rs. 37400-67000 and Grade Pay Rs. 8900/-, carries allowances as
per government rules.
Age Limit : 50 years (relaxable by 5 years for Internal candidates) & Relaxation in age to SC/ST/OBC candidates will also be provided as per Central Govt. Rules.
