NLC Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications for NLC Apprentice (PAFs) 2025:

• For 8th/10th pass + ITI (NTC/NAC Certificate Holder) Applicants:

  • Senior Manual Metal Arc Welder/Shielded Metal Arc Welder – I.T.I (Welder)
  • Draughtsman Mechanical – I.T.I (Draughtsman)
  • Technician Instrumentation – I.T.I (Electrical/Electronics)
  • CNC/VMC – I.T.I (Machinist/Turner)

• For Diploma/Graduate (Engineering/Science) Applicants:

  • CNC Programmer – Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
  • Web Developer – Diploma/Graduate in Engineering/Science (Computer Science/IT)
  • Junior Software Developer – Diploma/Graduate in Engineering/Science (Computer Science/IT)
  • Designer Mechanical – Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics Maintenance Specialist – Diploma/B. Tech/B.E in Industrial Engg/Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Upper Age Limit for NLC Apprentice (PAFs) 2025 (As of 01.01.2025):

1. For 8th/10th pass + ITI (NTC/NAC Certificate Holder) applicants: 18 to 24 years
2. For Diploma/Graduate (Engineering/Science) applicants: 18 to 24 years

Relaxation of Upper Age Limit:

• For SC/ST applicants: 5 years
• For OBC (NCL) applicants: 3 years

How to Submit an Offline Application:

Candidates must download the application format from the NLCIL website (under Advt. No. LDC/01/2025), fill it out, and send it via Speed Post/Registered Post only to the following address:

The application envelope must be superscribed with:
“Advt. No. LDC/01/2025, APPLICATION FOR TRAINING PROGRAM AT NTTF (Category-I / Category-II).”
The completed application should reach the address by 03.03.2025 (before 17:00 Hours).
