Assistant Director (Research) - 5 Nos. (UR-2, SC-1, OBC-2) in the scale of pay Rs.15600-39100+ 5400 Grade Pay.

Eligibility Conditions

Assistant Director (Research)

(a) A Master’s Degree with high second class in any Social Science subject from a recognised University or Equivalent qualification.

(b) At least 3 years’ experience in teaching, Research in Social Science area and / or 3 years of experience of research administration in a reputed organisation. (Relaxable at the discretion of the

     Competent Authority of ICSSR for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes).

(c) Computer literacy is desirable.

(d) Age minimum 40 years. (Relaxable for SC/ST candidates upto 5 years and OBC candidates upto 3 years and other specified classes as per instruction of the GOI (crucial date for determining the age

     limits shall be closing date for inviting application)
