C-DAC Chennai Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications for C-DAC Chennai:

1. Project Associate (Fresher):

   • BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree with 60% or equivalent CGPA, or
   • ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree, or
   • PG Degree in Science/Computer Application or in a related domain
   • No prior work experience required.

2. Project Engineer / PS&O Executive (Experienced):

   • BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree with 60% or equivalent CGPA, or
   • ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree, or
   • Postgraduate degree in Science/Computer Application or in a relevant domain with 60% or equivalent CGPA, or
   • PhD. in the relevant discipline
   • 1-4 years of post-qualification experience.

3. Project Technician:

   • ITI in relevant trade, or
   • Diploma in Engineering in a related field, or
   • B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Computer Application or a relevant domain
   • Work experience: ITI – 3 years, Diploma in Engineering – 1 year, B.Sc. – 1 year.

4. Senior Project Engineer / Module Lead / Project Leader:

   • BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree with 60% or equivalent CGPA, or
   • ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree, or
   • Postgraduate degree in Science/Computer Application or in a relevant domain with 60% or equivalent CGPA, or
   • PhD. in the relevant discipline
   • 4 years of post-qualification experience.

Age Limit for C-DAC Chennai (as of 20.02.2025):

1. Project Associate (Fresher): 30 years
2. Project Engineer / PS&O Executive (Experienced): 45 years
3. Project Technician: 30 years
4. Senior Project Engineer / Module Lead / Project Leader: 40 years

Relaxation of Upper Age Limit:

• SC applicants: 5 years
• OBC applicants: 3 years
• PwBD (Gen/EWS) applicants: 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ST) applicants: 15 years
• PwBD (OBC) applicants: 13 years
• Ex-Servicemen applicants: As per Govt. policy

Pay Scale for C-DAC Chennai:

1. Project Associate (Fresher): Minimum CTC – Rs. 3.6 LPA
2. Project Engineer / PS&O Executive (Experienced): Minimum CTC – Rs. 4.49 LPA
3. Project Technician: Minimum CTC – Rs. 3.2 LPA
4. Senior Project Engineer / Module Lead / Project Leader: CTC – Rs. 8.49 LPA to Rs. 14 LPA
