Job Role : 

• To work on maintenance activities to be performed on network systems to ensure system health
• To monitor system, work on alarms clearance etc
• To support on various issues been raised by service desk team on the services been offered to customer
• To debug issues at each component level, application level and network level.
• Support products/functions include –

Ø  Voice, Data, and VAS products such as MMS, RBT etc.

Ø  Check the application logs and database logs for analysis

Ø  Shall work in prepaid billing solutions, Mediation, PRM, IPCC, ITO related tasks, VMS, IVRS, roaming

             

Salary : 2 -2.8 LPA
