Eligibility Criteria for RITES Site Assessor:

• Educational Qualification:

  • Essential: Matriculation plus ITI in Electrical, Electrician Power Distribution, Electrician Mechanics, Instrument Mechanics, Technician Power Electronics Systems, or Electrician trade.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in Solar PV systems (Installation & Commissioning, Material Testing and Inspection, Field Quality Inspection, and Quality Assurance).

• Age Limit: (As on 05.03.2025)

  • Site Assessor: Maximum 40 years

• Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST applicants: 5 years
  • OBC applicants: 3 years
  • PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years
  • PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
  • PwBD (OBC): 13 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per government policy

Pay Scale for RITES Site Assessor:

• Site Assessor: Rs. 13,802/- per month
