DFCCIL Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Junior Manager (Finance): CA/CMA Final Exam pass from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
• Executive (Civil): Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Executive (Electrical): Three-year Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/related fields from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Executive (Signal & Telecommunication): Three-year Diploma in related fields such as Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, etc., with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute.
• Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): Matriculation and completed one-year course in ITI/Act Apprenticeship approved by NCVT/SCVT with a minimum of 60% marks.

Age Limit (as of 01.07.2025):

• Junior Manager (Finance), Executive (Civil), Executive (Electrical), Executive (Signal & Telecommunication): 18 to 30 years
• MTS: 18 to 33 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST Applicants: 5 years
• OBC Applicants: 3 years
• PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government policy

Pay Scale:

• Junior Manager (Finance): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
• Executive (Civil), Executive (Electrical), Executive (Signal & Telecommunication): Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000/-
• Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): Rs. 16,000 – 45,000/-
