Educational Qualification:

1. General Manager in the functional area of Business Development / Marketing - A Graduate with full-time MBA or equivalent having specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or Institution. ii) Total fifteen years’ experience including ten years’ experience after MBA or equivalent Degree in the relevant area

2. Deputy General Manager in functional areas of Business Development / Marketing, Law& Recovery and Civil - A Graduate with full-time MBA or equivalent having specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or Institution. ii) Total ten years’ experience including seven years’ experience after MBA or equivalent Degree in the relevant area

3. Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) - / Banking from a recognized University or Institution. (iii) Total ten years’ experience including seven years’ experience after CA / ICWA(CMA) / MBA or equivalent Degree in the relevant area

4. Chief Manager in functional areas of Business Development / Marketing, Civil and Mechanical -specialization in Finance / Banking from a recognized University or Institution (iii) Total ten years’ experience including seven years’ experience after CA / ICWA(CMA) / MBA or equivalent Degree in the relevant area

5. Chief Manager (Finance & Accounts) - A Graduate with full-time MBA or equivalent having specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or Institution. ii) Total eight years’ experience including five years’ experience after MBA or equivalent Degree in the relevant area.

6. Deputy Manager in functional areas of Business Development / Marketing, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Law - A Graduate with MBA / PGDBM with specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or Institution. ii) Should have experience of five years (after graduation) in a reputed public / private sector organization in the relevant field

7. Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) - A Graduate in Commerce with CA / ICWA(CMA) / MBA / PGDBM having specialization in Finance / Banking from a recognized University or Institution. ii) Should have experience of three years (after graduation) in a reputed public / private sector organization in the relevant field

Age Limit:

General Manager - 50 years

Deputy General Manager - 45 years

Chief Manager - 42 years

Deputy Manager - 35 years

Pay Scale:

General Manager - Rs. 80,000-2, 20,000 (IDA)

Deputy General Manager - Rs. 70,000-2, 00,000/-

Chief Manager - Rs. 60,000-1, 80,000/-

Deputy Manager - Rs. 40,000-1, 40,000 (IDA)
