Educational Qualification:

1. Sr. Manager (HR) - Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations of minimum 2 yrs duration or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/HR or equivalent from recognized University or AICTE/UGC approved course with first class 60% of marks or equivalent CGPA. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, it is 55% of marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Institute. Preferred Additional Qualifications: Degree in Law / Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws

2. Dy. Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 28 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Pay Scale

1. Sr. Manager (HR) - Rs.32, 900 - 58,000/-

2. Dy. Manager (HR) - Rs 24,900 - 50,500/-

3. Asstt. Manager (HR) - Rs 20,600 - 46,500/-
