Educational Qualification: (As on 31.05.2018)
C1. General Manager (P&A) - Preferably a first class Post Graduate Degree in HR/IR/PM/Social Work or Preferably first class fulltime Diploma (Two years) in HR/IR/PM from recognized Institute or Preferably a first class MBA with HR specialization from a reputed Institution. Degree in Law will be preferred.
2. General Manager (Marketing) - Preferably a first class Post Graduation Degree in Marketing I Degree in Engineering from a recognised Institute/preferably first class MBA with Marketing specialization from a recognized Institute.
3. General Manager (R&D) - Preferably first class Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate in Electrical/Computer Science/Electronics and Communication Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized reputed University/Institute. Doctorate in Electronics/Communication Engineering/Computer Science is preferred.
4. Additional General Manager (Mktg) - Preferably first class Post Graduation Degree in Marketing I Degree in Engineering from a recognized Institute or preferably first class MBA with Marketing specialization from a recognized Institute. Experience in Engineering Industry with focus on Innovation and R&D will be preferred
5. Dy. General Manager (Marketing) - Preferably first class Post Graduation Degree in Marketing/Degree in Engineering from a recognized Institute or preferably first class MBA with Marketing specialization from a recognized Institute. Experience in Engineering Industry with focus on Innovation and R&D will be preferred.
6. Senior Manager (HR) - Preferably first class Post Graduation Degree in HR/IR/PM/Social Work or preferably first class fulltime Diploma (Two years) in HR/IR/PM from a recognized Institute or first class MBA with HR specialization from a reputed Institution. Degree in Law will be preferred,
7. Accounts Manager - The candidate should be a qualified CNICWA.
8. Accounts Officer - Candidate should be a qualified CA/ICWA. •Experienced candidates will be preferred.
Age Limit: (As on 31.05.2018)
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1, 2, 3 - 5 5Years), (For Post 4 - 50 Years), (For Post 5, 6 - 45 Years), (For Post 7 - 40 years), (For Post 8 - 28 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
