1.	Chief Executive Officer (CEO)	1) The CEO shall invariably be an individual with impeccable track record in the technology industry, particularly in the start-up ecosystem, incubators, accelerators, entrepreneurship, centers of excellence etc. 2) The CEO shall be a B.E/B.Tech with a MBA (or equivalent) from a premier institute with 10 years of experience in managing the affairs of incubation centres as well as innovation ecosystem
2.	Project Managers (PM)	1) The PM shall be a senior professional from technology industry preferably with exposure to start-ups. 2) The PM shall have a B.E/B.Tech preferably with a MBA/PMP from a premier institute. The desired experience is for 3-5 years in running incubation activities
3.	Manpower for Web Portal Maintenance (MWPM)	1) The MWPM shall a technical expert in technology & web development. 2) The MWPM shall have a B.E/B.Tech /MCA from a premier institute and experience of 3 years in the relevant web technologies is desirable
4.	Secretarial Staff (SS)	1) The SS shall be efficient and go-getter support staff 2) The SS shall be graduate from a premier institute and experience of 2 years in the office management activities is desirable. 3) The SS would be responsible for document drafting, noting, coordinating, arranging meetings and other such tasks as assigned by th PM, CEO, STPI/MeitY from time to time
