Punjab (400): Amritsar-31, Barnala-40, Bhatinda-45, Gurdaspur-40, Jalandhar-28, Ludhiana-32, Moga-40, Mohali-30, Muktsar-31, Patiala-37 and Sangrur-46;

Himachal Pradesh (150): Bilaspur-27, Kangra-29, Kullu-21, Nahan-36, Rampur-37

The number of training seats mentioned above is provisional and may vary according to the actual requirement of the Bank. Reservation for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) is governed by Office Memorandum no. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31.01.2019 of Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievance & Pensions, Government of India. Disclaimer: “EWS vacancies are tentative and subject to further directives of Government of India and outcome of any litigation. The engagement is provisional and is subject to the Income & Asset certificate being verified through the proper channels.

Benefit of reservation under EWS category can be availed upon production of an ‘Income and Asset Certificate’ issued by a Competent Authority on the format prescribed by Government of India.

Educational Qualification The candidate should essentially have bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration in any discipline from a recognized university or a reputed institute. Preference will be given for specialization in Advertising or marketing in MBA/BBA. 

Experience 10 years well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of responsibility-with a focus on marketing expansion as well as three to five years of experience in a leadership role. The candidate must have adequate knowledge of analytics and usage of data.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

 i) Selection will be based on shortlisting and Personal Interview.

 ii) Candidates will be short-listed for Personal interview, based on their qualification, experience and overall suitability.
