Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), is a Scientific Society of the Department of Information Technology under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India. C-DAC has today emerged as a premier R&D organization in ICT&E (Information, Communications Technologies and Electronics) in the country, working on strengthening national technological capabilities in the context of global developments in the field and responding to change in the market need in selected foundation areas. Educational Qualification	First class B.E. / B. Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication /MCA having atleast 11 years of post-qualification relevant work experience  OR M. Tech. / M.E. with atleast 7 years of post-qualification relevant work experience  OR Ph. D in relevant domain with atleast 4 years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
Job Description/ Skill Sets	Hands-on experience in Database (Oracle/EDB) / Application Servers (WAS / JBOSS) Administration, Clustering, hardening and Performance Tuning OR OS Administration, Clustering, hardening and Performance Tuning, Active Directory / LDAP Management, Mail Services (Qmail / Sendmail), Squid, DNS, DHCP, Virtualization / Cloud Technology OR Storage Management, Backup and Restoration OR Security audit tools like SAINT, Acunetix etc. OR Network Design for Data Centres / Corporate Networks / Campus Network, Management of Network Devices like High end Routers, L3 Switches, Firewalls, IDS & IPS, UTMs, Network Administration, Adequate knowledge of BGP / VLANs / VPN / IPv6 / TACACS+ Desirable Preferably certified in RHCE/ MCSE or WAS / JBOSS or Oracle / EDB or CCNP / JNCE or CEH / CCSP
