Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.Tech or B.E or AMIE as a full time course in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Electronics & Telecom/ Instrumentation etc/ M.C.A/ PG in Computer Science or M.B.A. with specialization in Marketing/ Personnel/ HR/ Systems for post 1, Masters Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in English/ Hindi with Hindi/ English as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level for post 2.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected by a committee.

INSTITUTE OF BANKING PERSONNEL SELECTION

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Should have done B. Tech. or B.E. or AMIE as a full time course, from a recognized university/institute in Electrical or Mechanical or Civil or Electronics & Telecom or Instrumentation etc. / M.C.A. / Post Graduate in Computer Science or M.B.A. with specialization in Marketing / Personnel / HR/Systems

Preferable – CAIIB  

OTHER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AS ON 01.11.2015

(I) The incumbent’s age should not be more than 62 years as on 01.11.2015 

(II) The Incumbent should be an officer (Scale IV and above) retired on attaining superannuation/ voluntarily retired, retired under SBP VRS, released under Exit Option Scheme or who have left the Bank/organization otherwise before superannuation from the service of any public sector Bank/financial organization with Minimum 15 years post qualification experience as Technical Officer/SSI Officer in a bank/ Financial Institutions/ Public sector organisations in Senior Management cadre or Minimum 15 years experience of teaching one (or more) of the above subjects in a reputed Institute/College. 

(III) Knowledge in computer operations / Language will be an added advantage. 

(IV) His/her integrity should not have been doubtful during his/her service. 

(V) No punishment/penalty should have been inflicted on him/her during his/her service.

 (VI) Cases of CBI or other law enforcement agencies should not be pending against him/her. 

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT Appointment will be on contract basis. The initial period will be of 1 to 2 years subject to quarterly review and may be renewed subsequently subject to his/her continued good performance and physical fitness.
