Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Full time Engineering Degree for Post 1, have Passed Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost Accountants of India for Post 2, Engineering degree in Civil for Post 3, Engineering Degree for Post 4, Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Production for Post 5, Engineering degree in Mechanical/ Production/ Electrical/ Electronics for Post 6, Engineering degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering for Post 7 with 55% of marks from a recognized university/ institute with relevant experience. Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Engineering Degree in Civil with minimum 55% marks, Master’s Degree in any engineering discipline or PG Degree/ PG Diploma with specialization in Projects Management / Contract Management / Materials Management for S.No-1, Degree in any discipline and MBA (HR) / MSW / Post Graduation Degree /Diploma in Personnel / HR/ IR / Management with minimum 55% marks or Post Graduation Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marksfrom a recognised University for S.No-2 with relevant experience.Refer the notification for post wise details.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Personal Interview for S. No. 1 to 6, for S. No 7 to 14 Posts Written Test or Skill test or both and Personal Interview.

Application Fee: Applicants required to pay Rs. 500/- for S. No 1 to 6 and Rs.250/- for S. No. 7 to 14 Posts in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of ALIMCO, payable at Kanpur,SC / ST/ PWD and departmental candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
