5. Junior Clerk: 12th pass with English/Hindi typing speed.
6. MTS: Matriculation or equivalent with basic computer knowledge.

Age Limits (as of March 5, 2025):

1. Deputy Secretary (Documentation) – 35-45 years
2. Stenographer – 21-28 years
3. Recording Engineer – 28-35 years
4. Assistant – 21-28 years
5. Junior Clerk – 18-27 years
6. MTS – 18-27 years
