Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit should be 45 years for Post A, 40 years for Post B, 35 years for Post C, 28 years for Post D, E as on 01-02-2018. Age relaxation is applicable by 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC candidates as per Govt. Of India rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master’s Degree in Oceanography/ Marine Science/ Physics/ Mathematics or equivalent/ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent for Post 1, Master’s Degree in Marine Biology/ Zoology/ Botany/ Marine Sciences/ Life Sciences/ Environmental sciences/ Microbiology or equivalent for Post 2, Master’s Degree in Oceanography/ Marine Science/ Mathematics/ Physics or equivalent/ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent for Post 3, Master’s Degree in Geology/ Applied Geology/ Remote Sensing/ Geo informatics or equivalent for Post 4, Master’s Degree in Chemistry/ Marine Chemistry/ Marine Science/ Analytical Chemistry/ Oceanography/ Environmental Sciences or equivalent for Post 5, Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications or equivalent for Post 6, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent for Post 7 from a recognized University/ Institute with relevant experience.
