Recruitment for the post of Diploma Trainee - (Electrical)/ (Civil) for Raigarh-Pugular HVDC Project

POWERGRID is looking for Bright, Committed and Energetic persons to join Western Region Transmission System-I (WRTS-I) as detailed below for Raigarh-Pugalur HVDC Project in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh

01. Diploma Trainee (Electrical) - SDT /02Posts (01-UR, 01 ST)

Qualfication: Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with minimum 70% marks for GEN/ OBC(NCL)/ SC candidates & Pass Marks for ST candidates.

Age:GEN/ OBC(NCL)/ SC – 27 Yrs ST – 32 Yrs PwD/ExSM – as per G.O.I. Directives

Stipend :  Rs. 16,500/- per month during training period. On successful completion of training to be regularized as Junior Engineer Gr-IV (S1) in Supervisory category in the

Pay Scale: Rs.16000–35500 (IDA)

02. Diploma Trainee (Civil) - SDT /02 Posts (01-UR, 01-OBC)

Qualfication: Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with minimum 70% marks for GEN/ OBC(NCL)/ SC/ ST candidates.

Age: GEN/SC/ ST – 27 Yrs OBC(NCL) – 30 Yrs PwD/ExSM – as per G.O.I. Directives

Stipend : Rs.16,500/- per month during training period. On successful completion of training to be regularized as Junior Engineer Gr-IV (S1) in Supervisory category in the Pay Scale: ` 16000–35500 (IDA) 

The Written Test shall be held at the following centers: 01. Nagpur 02. Pune 03. Raipur

Selection Procedure: Written Test (100% weightage) 

Service Agreement Bond : Rs.50,000/- for General/ OBC(NCL) Rs.25,000/- for SC/ST/ PwD

Application Fees : Fee for Candidates other than SC/ST/PwD/Ex-SM/ Departmental : Rs.300/- + (Bank Charges Rs.60/- + Service Tax 15%) 

The last date of submission of application fees shall also be indicated on the challan i.e. 19.09.2016.
