3. Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 – 30 years as on 30-03-2016. Age relaxation is applicable by 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC candidates as per rules.
4. Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Valid Overman’s certificate of Competency from DGMS for Post 1, Mining Sirdar Certificate for Post 2, Matriculation for Post 3, Matriculation with Diploma in Electrical Engineering for Post 4, Matriculation with ITI in Electrician Trade for Post 5.
5. Salary : Rs.19,035/-per month

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.100/- through the Online Payment Portal or by Challan to be deposited at any SBI branch. No fee for SC/ ST candidates.

1. Eligible candidates may apply online through the website “www.ccl.gov.in” from 30-03-2016 to 30-04-2016 (midnight) & send duly filled application form along with Self attested legible photocopies of educational certificates and mark sheets, NOC, two window envelope of 25.4 X 11.4 cm size, passport size colour photograph attested, caste certificate in an envelope super scripted as “Name of the post applied for and Application ID” to The General Manager (Manpower/ Recruitment), Recruitment Department, 2nd Floor, Damodar Building, Central Coalfields Limited, Darbhanga House, Ranchi-834029 through Registered Post/ Speed post on or before 16-05-2016.
2. Application sent other than through Online Mode or incomplete application or unsigned application or without all the enclosures shall be rejected.
3. Applicants who are permanent employee working in Government, Semi-Government or Public Sector Undertaking or working in any of the subsidiary company of Coal India Limited should apply through proper channel only
4. Name of the post applied for and Application ID should be clearly mentioned on the envelope containing application form in BLOCK LETTERS. For e.g. Post Applied for — Mining Sirdar (Application ID- 42123)
5. Following documents must be sent along with the complete application form: Self attested legible photocopies of educational certificates including Matriculation certificate and Marksheet, (10+2)/Higher Secondary Certificate and Marksheet, Diploma Certificate & marksheets & Other Statutory Certificates & marksheets for their relevant disciplines as per eligibility criteria mentioned in Minimum Essential Qualification section.Two window envelope of 25.4 X 11.4 cm (or 10 X 4.5 Inch) size. Four nos. additional self attested passport size colour photograph similar to the photograph pasted on the application form with name clearly written on the back side
6. Self attested legible photocopies of latest Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidate issued by any of the following authorities in the prescribed format. OBC(NCL) candidates should produce their latest caste certificate in the prescribed format issued by the competent authority.
