Educational Qualification and Experience:
- General Manager (OSS/BSS): Bachelor degree in Engineering in Electronics or Electronics & Comm. / Telecom or Electrical & Electronics or Information Technology or Computer Science or in any other subject where Electronics is the main discipline (like Electronics & Instrumentation). Experience of 20 years or more for GM level (17 years or more for Addl.GM level) on the last date of receipt of applications after obtaining Engineering degree (trainings/internships not included) in Telecom/IT and dealing with Central/State Govt. Deptts. and PSUs. The applicant should have worked in an organisation having annual turnover of 100 crore or more. The experience in Central / State Govt/ PSUs/ Private Sector together will be taken into consideration. The candidates are required to have experience in Operation Support System / Business Support System (OSS/BSS) and its sub- systems viz., Network Inventory, Billing, OMS, Mediation, Payments, Service packages and discounting, Rating, Online rating, CRM and Work-flow Management, Provisioning etc. in large IT and Telecom Transformation Projects.
