Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Manager [Accounts & Finance]: The candidate should have completed CA/ICWA with 1 year Minimum Post Qualification Experience. Graduates with relevant work experience of more than 6 years may also apply.
2. Assistant Manager [HR]: The candidate should have completed PG Degree or Equivalent in Human Resource/ Social Welfare/ Industrial Relations with 1 year Minimum Post Qualification Experience. Graduates with relevant work experience of more than 6 years may also apply.
3. Assistant Manager [IT]: The candidate should have completed MBA (Systems)/ MCA or Equivalent with 1 year Minimum Post Qualification Experience. Graduates with relevant work experience of more than 6 years may also apply. Experience of working in SAP will be an added advantage.
4. Junior Officer [Accounts & Finance]: The candidate should have completed B.Com with 1 Work Experience in relevant domain.
5. Junior Officer [HR]: The candidate should be a Graduate CA/ICWA with 1 year Work Experience in relevant domain.
6. Jr. Officer [A&F]: The candidate should have completed B.Com from a UGC/ AICTE recognized university/ B.Com from a UGC/ AICTE recognized university/ institute with CA/ ICWA – Inter with Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience, with minimum 1 year in handling accounts in SAP environment, 5 years’ experience in handling accounts for manufacturing plant/business, in SAP environment.
7. Deputy Manager / Manager [Implementation]: The candidate should be graduate with Full time Diploma in Travel & Tourism/ Diploma in Computer Application and have Fair knowledge of Web Services and XML Structures. Good Communication Skills.
8. Jr. Officer [Sales]: The candidate should be Graduate from a UGC recognized University with MBA/ PGDM in Sales/ Mktg from UGC/ AICTE recognized University/ Institute and Relevant sales experience of 3 years.
9. Associate Vice President [Project Logistics]: The candidate should be Graduate with MBA or PGD in Management/ Logistics – SCM or Post Graduate and 18 years’ experience. Candidates with relevant experience in Project Logistics, Business Development, Finance, Sea-Import, Port Handling, Multi-Modal Transportation & Custom Clearance will be preferred.
