Age Limit: Candidates age should be 18-28 years. Age relaxations are applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree and Degree in Library Science from a recognized University, Proficiency in the Kasmiri Language at the Matriculation or equivalent.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Proficiency Test, Interview/ Skill Test.

Examination Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs.50/- in the form of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)” available in major post offices. No Fee for Woman, SC, ST, PH & Ex Servicemen candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in prescribed format along with examination fees, photograph affixed on application form, attested copies of all relevant certificates and two self addressed envelopes of size 12 x 25 cm with postage stamp of Rs 6/- affixed on one envelope, in an envelope superscribed with “Application for the post of …………… Advertised Vide Category No ……………. of Advt No ………….” addressed to The Deputy Regional Director (NWR), Staff Selection Commission, Block No 3, Kendriya Sadan, Sector 9, Chandigarh 160017 or before 06-03-2015 and for remote area 13-03-2015.
