14. Physical Test: For those who
possess prescribed physical standards (having medical fitness certificate from
Govt. doctor). Physical test will include tests to assess the capability of the
candidate to perform the job for which he is seeking employment. All candidates
appearing for physical tests must possess a medical fitness certificate from a
Medical Officer.
15. Calling for Interview/ Oral Test: Only for those who possess
prescribed Physical Standard and qualify in the written test.
16. Calling for Medical Test: Only for those who possesses prescribed
physical standards and qualify in the interview/Oral test.
17. Certificates
(a) Attested copies of Matriculation or equivalent certificates as a
proof of age (Date of Birth)
(b) Candidate claiming to belong Sc/ST and OBC should produce a
certificate in the prescribed form signed by any of the following authorities:-
(i) District Magistrate/Additional Deputy Commissioner/ Deputy collector/Ist
Class Stipendiary Magistrate/Sub Divisional Magistrate/Taluka Magistrate/
Executive.
(ii) Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar.
(iii) Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar.
(iv) Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and or
his family normally resides.
18. Conditions
(a) The acceptance of certificates subject to verification and if
the verification reveals that he claim is false, the services will be
terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons.
(b) Application form must be types out in double space or written in
neatly in English or Hindi. Applications should fill all columns of
applications IN THEIR OWN HANDWRITING.
(C) Applications should shall put their SIGNATURE IN FULL NOT SHORT/ NOT IN BLOCK LETTERS.
(d) An application will be summarily rejected at any stage of the
recruitment process for not conforming to the conditions and instructions contained
in the advertisement / having incomplete information/ wrong information/
misrepresentation of facts/left unsigned/ submitting without and attested
copies of requisite certificates including Caste certificates, Mark Sheet of
Educational qualification, Date of Birth Certificate without photographs etc.
No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
(e) The candidates should fill up the columns in the application form
and affix ( NOT STAPLED) a recent self attested passport size photograph on the
space provided in the application form and enclose two more copies of the same
photographs duly self attested along with application.
(f) Application received after the last date will not be considered.
(g) The candidate working of Govt. Service/PSUs must submit their
application through proper channel along with the certificates from their Head
of Office/Establishment that no vigilance or disciplinary case is pending nor
contemplated against them and that they have no objection in releasing them in
case of selection.
(h) The pay scale plus usual allowances as admissible to Central
Govt. Employees from time to time.
(j) GPF and DCRG Scheme will be applicable as per existing rules.
(k) The number of vacancies may increase of decrease.
(i) No application will be accepted by Hand Delivery.
(m) The
department shall not be held responsible for postal delays.
