Office Assistant duties in the Flight Operations Department. Checking of FRC and Aircraft Log
Books, Pre and Post Flight. Providing assistance to Flight Instructors and Flying Cadets Pre and
Post Flight. Maintenance of Flying Records. Review of Authorization Books. Liaison for Medical
appointments for Medical Review of Flight Instructors and Flying Cadets. Obtaining flight
clearance. Monitoring Weather Reports. Maintain Receipt and Dispatch Dak Diary. Typing of
Periodical Records and ability to do Bilingual (Hindi & English) typing work. Any other duties
assigned by concerned supervisor in consultation with the Department Head.

Experience
5-7 years experience as an Assistant performing duties as described in a Flying Training Organization or Aviation related organization.
