Age Limit: Candidates minimum & maximum age limit is 21 years & 30 years for Post 1, 21 years & 35 years for Posts 2, 3, 4, 6 & 7, 25 years & 40 years for Post 5 and 21 years & 40 years for Posts 8 to 13. Cutoff date for determining age limit is 01-01-2014. The upper age relaxation is 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess B.E/ B.Tech degree in Electrical & Electronics/ Textile/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering degree for Posts 1 & 2, P.G qualification in Management for Post 3, P.G in Economics for Post 4, Graduation for Post 5. Refer to the notification for post wise qualification details.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Online Examination followed by Interview.


Application Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs 550/- (Rs 500/- Application fee + Rs 50/- Postal charges) for others including OBC candidates and Rs 50/- (No Application fee + Rs 50/- Postal charges) for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website http://www.indianbank.in/ from 16-07-2014 to 30-07-2014. After applying online, take print out of application form for future use.

Instructions for Applying Online:
1. Before applying online, Candidates should scan their photograph, signature and must have valid email ID.
2. Log on to the website www.indianbank.in.
3. Enter Indian Bank Home page —> Careers —> Online Application for ‘Recruitment of Specialist Officers – Project 2014-15.
4. Fill the online application with the personal details. On successful registration, a password will be generated and sent to the registered Email ID of the candidate.
5. Candidates have to log in with user ID and password and submit the online application by filling the other required details.
6. On successful submission of the Online Application a Reference Number will be generated which has to be noted down and should be quoted for payment of the Application Fee.
7. After applying online, take print out of application form for future use.
